Returns And Cancellations
We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
Cancellation and After-sale
All of our products are specially customized for you. If you would like to cancel your Order, please use the link provided in the confirmation email or follow the "Track Order" link at the bottom of the page. You may cancel the order at any time before it is put into production, upon cancellation we will refund you all the cost of the order.
If you cancel your order once the production starts, we are sorry, because once the personalized order is produced, the cost of goods cannot be refunded, we can only refund you the logistics and related customs duties.
Once your order is shipped, there is no way to cancel it. We hope you receive it and like it. If there are quality or other commodity problems, you can apply for replacement to customer service, after-sales.
Refunds
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
